Prep the Salmon
Pat salmon fillets dry using a paper towel. Season both sides with salt and freshly ground black pepper.

Sear the Salmon
Heat olive oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
Place salmon fillets skin-side down and sear for 4–5 minutes, until the skin is crisp.
Flip and cook the other side for 2–3 minutes, depending on thickness. Remove from pan and set aside.

Make the Lemon Butter Sauce
Reduce heat to medium-low. Add minced garlic to the same skillet and sauté for 30 seconds.
Add lemon juice and let it bubble for 15–20 seconds.
Turn off the heat and stir in cold butter cubes until the sauce thickens and becomes glossy.

Finish and Serve
Return salmon to the pan and spoon the sauce over the fillets.
Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
